Deposit: Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be applied towards your service total.

Card on file requirement: All appointments- including those booked online, via text message, or through direct message require a valid card on file. By booking, you authorize The Skin Realm to charge applicable fees in accordance with the policies. For your security and peace of mind, all cards are securely encrypted through the booking system. Card details cannot be viewed or accessed on our end.

Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service price. Please note, the deposit will be applied toward the 50% cancellation fee. If the deposit does not cover the full 50%, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

Late policy: If you are more than 10-15 min late to your appointment, you will be charged a $15 late fee and your service may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Clients are booked back to back and being late cuts into their service time and yours. There is a possibility we might need to reschedule, please be mindful of our time.

Refunds: Every product and service is final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned. If a concern arises, please bring it to our attention so we can discuss it further.
